"STARS & STRIPES" at #1 on Country Charts!!!

NATHAN OSMOND HAS DONE IT AGAIN....Today Nathan's new single, "STARS & STRIPES"  officially hit #1 on the Independent Country Charts!! This is Nathan's fourth consecutive #1 hit single.

"I am ecstatic to say the least," said Nathan when hearing the news. He said, "I wish to thank my wife Sarah, my 4 little boys Zachary, Corbin Samuel and Beckham, my label, Pretty World Records, the promoters on this record, all the radio deejays and radio programers who have played it and continue to play it, my street team, 'The O-ZONE' for ALL they do, and a BIG thank you to ALL of my AMAZING fans!!!" He continued saying, "I also wish to thank all of our men and women in uniform and their families, to whom 'Stars & Stripes' is dedicated. God bless each of them and keep them safe." He finished by saying, "Last, but not least, I wish to thank my Father in Heaven, the source of ALL my many blessings, for allowing me to share the music which He places in my heart!!"

"Stars & Stripes" was co-written by both Nathan Osmond and Marwenna Diame of Scotland. Belgian hit-maker, Jo Cassiers, produced the song which was recorded at Rock Canyon Studios in Provo, UT and engineered by Gaynor Brunson and Roman Cortez. This is Nathan's first original song to go to #1.

COMING THIS VETERAN'S DAY...Nathan Osmond will be releasing a "Behind The Scenes of 'Stars & Stripes'" video on Veteran's Day 2012, which will feature never-before-seen footage of the making of Nathan's hit music video. It also features interviews with Nathan, Director: Brandon Beckham, Executive Producer - Rick Priddis & Priddis Music Company and Robert & Krista Iverson - the featured Marine couple in the video. It's about 13 minutes long and is a great tribute to our men and women in uniform. Nathan even shares a very personal military story from his father's history when he trained for Vietnam at Fort Ord, CA in the 60's.

"I wish to thank all of you who have worked so hard contacting radio stations and asking them to play this song. This song is special to me, not only because it is my tribute to the troops and their families, for which I have the up-most respect, but more importantly, it's a song about prayer and praying for the safety of our troops. They are trying to take prayer out of our schools, out of our sporting events, etc...well, we're putting it right back on Country Radio. I pray that God will continue to watch over our troops and their families and keep them forever out of harm's way. May He watch over this great nation and keep us forever One Nation Under God! I am not a politician, I'm a Country singer and I'll just tell ya what's on my heart! I pray that God will continue to bless this Country and it's people and inspire us at the polls this election day. God bless America!!!"
